By creating an account or using LezzGo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use LezzGo
In short: you need to be at least 13 and follow the rules.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
- If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
- You must not have been banned from LezzGo before.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Do not pretend to be another player, coach, club or person.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
Your content
In short: you own what you post. You give us permission to show it on LezzGo.
You keep ownership of the posts, photos, videos, highlights, live streams and other content you share. By sharing it on LezzGo, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, distribute and promote that content in connection with the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has been shared by others or we must keep it for legal reasons.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you share, including music, footage and images of other people.
Community rules
LezzGo is a place for sport, respect and fair play. You agree not to:
- Harass, bully, threaten or abuse anyone.
- Post hate speech, violence, nudity or sexual content.
- Share content that you do not have the rights to.
- Spam, scam, or promote betting, match-fixing or illegal activity.
- Share someone else’s private information without their permission.
- Create fake accounts or mislead others about who you are.
- Try to hack, disrupt or reverse-engineer the app.
Live streaming
When you go live, you are responsible for everything in your stream and its chat. Do not stream events or broadcasts that you do not have the rights to, such as professional matches. We may end any live stream that breaks these terms.
Events
In short: events are organised by users, not by LezzGo. Play safe.
Events, matches, trials and meetups on LezzGo are created by users. LezzGo is not the organiser and is not responsible for how an event is run. Sport involves physical risk. You take part in any event at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own health, safety and equipment. Always meet in public, safe places.
Messaging
Use chat respectfully. Do not send unwanted messages, spam or harmful content. You can block or report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.
Our rights
The LezzGo name, logo, app design and software belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, change or use them without our written permission.
Reporting and moderation
You can report content or users that break these terms from inside the app. We may review, remove or limit content, and warn, suspend or ban accounts, to keep the community safe.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, create risk for others, or if we are required to by law.
Disclaimers
LezzGo is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or secure. We are not responsible for content posted by users or for anything that happens at events organised by users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LezzGo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or reputation, arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country / State]. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that location, unless local law gives you other rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make important changes, we will let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using LezzGo after the changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
